All of our plans can be altered to suit your requirements. Your local building authority may require that the plan you choose reflect the exact grading of your lot. If your subdivision is controlled, the design consultant may require changes to the exterior look or the grading. You may have found that one of our stock plans comes close to suiting your living pattern but still requires some customizing. In all of these cases, our consultation is free and the alteration work is based on an hourly rate. We are happy to give you a no cost, no obligation quote at your convenience.
